Our methodical and knowledgeable arborists take the time to do what’s right for your tree. Our team has been trained by an International Society of Arboriculture licensed arborist, following the ISA’s pruning standards for a healthy tree. Most trees in the front range can benefit from a proper trim every 3-4 years. Not only will this provide increased sunlight exposure and air flow, but removing dead or decaying limbs is a preventative measure against harmful microorganisms and insects. Limbs that are low hanging or hazardous also pose a potential threat to homes.
We specialize in the health and maintenance of trees. Developing a nutrition program for your trees can help with resistance to pests and disease. Improving the health will also in turn improve the aesthetics of the tree, limiting needle drop, yellowing leaves and provide a full lush canopy.
Dead or dying trees should be removed as soon as possible to prevent possible disease, insect infestations and harmful breaks. We use the safest techniques to remove unwanted trees. We can provide tree and shrub removal from the ground, as well as climbing with the proper equipment and skill to reach taller jobs.
While we love Colorado for its mild, dry climate and sunny days year round, it’s semi-arid Eastern Plains climate can be tough on your trees. High winds and compact, alkaline soil make adequate moisture absorption a challenge. We offer year round, deep root watering, delivering the necessary quantities of water right to the roots of your trees. A well watered tree will thrive better, create better nutrient absorption and have a stronger defense system against pests and disease.
The Emerald Ash Borer, an invasive tree boring beetle from China has been detected in Colorado. It has killed millions of ash trees in the United States and we’re here to help protect the Denver area’s ash trees. We offer an annual preventive, effective, safe systemic treatment. By treating your tree preemptively, you can help control and eventually diminish the population of this destructive beetle. If you have an ash, this should be on your spring to do list.
